Cell-level repair replaces the individual blocks that have fallen behind, using tested modules matched to the rest of the pack, and restores the cooling path. It is not manufacturing a new battery pack, and it is not a guaranteed permanent fix on a pack where most blocks are already weak. We measure every block first and tell you when replacement of the whole pack is the more honest option rather than repeating cell work in a few months.

How we do it
Confirm with data
Cell work only makes sense when the measurements show a few weak blocks rather than a pack that is uniformly tired.
Isolate and remove
The high-voltage system is isolated under procedure and the pack removed, because this is genuinely dangerous otherwise.
Replace and clean
Weak blocks are swapped for tested matched modules, and busbars and the cooling path are cleaned of dust and corrosion.
Balance the pack
The pack is charged and balanced so the new and existing blocks sit at the same level before it is refitted.
Refit and monitor
After refitting we road test while watching block data, so any block still drifting is found before you leave.
