Roadside assistance in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Roadside assistance means someone comes to the car where it has stopped. Jump starts, flat batteries, wheel changes, fuel problems and cars that will not turn over are dealt with at the kerb. When the fault cannot be put right there, we arrange recovery to a workshop rather than let you drive it.

The first two minutes matter most

Before you think about the repair, deal with where the car is standing.

  1. Hazards on immediately

Do it before you get out, even if the car is still rolling to a stop. It is the only thing telling the traffic behind you.

  2. Get off the carriageway

If the car can still move under its own power, use it to reach a shoulder, a service road or a side street.

  3. Everyone out, traffic side last

Passengers leave by the doors away from moving vehicles, then wait behind a barrier and well back from the road.

  4. Then ask for help

Phone first if you are anywhere exposed. The form below is for when you are somewhere you can safely stand and wait.

What a roadside callout will not fix

Being candid about this saves you an hour at the side of a road.

Needs the car in the air

Clutch, gearbox, driveshaft, suspension arms, exhaust work and anything under the floor. A jack at the side of a road is for changing a wheel, not for working under a car.

Needs the engine cold and open

Head gasket, timing belt, cooling system repairs and oil pressure faults. If the car has overheated or lost oil pressure, the right answer is recovery, not another attempt to start it.

Brake and steering faults

A soft pedal, a leaking line or steering that has gone light is not something to patch up so the car can be driven home. Those go on a truck.

Accident damage

Bodywork, panel alignment and anything involving an insurance claim starts at a workshop with the car on a level floor, not at the roadside.

How a callout runs

Four steps, and the first one is not about the car.

  1. Get to a safe spot

Hazards on, out of the traffic side of the car, and away from the carriageway before anything else.

  2. Tell us where and what

The road or landmark, the car, and what it did before it stopped. That decides what we send.

  3. We confirm and dispatch

You get a call back with who is coming and a realistic arrival window for that road.

  4. Fixed there, or recovered

Some faults are sorted at the kerb. The rest are recovered to a workshop rather than driven.

How we work

The same on a roadside job as on a booked one.

  • Diagnosis before quote

We find the fault first. A price given over the phone for a noise nobody has heard is a guess.

  • The price is agreed first

You approve the work and the cost before a spanner is picked up. Extra work means another call.

  • Parts you can check

We tell you whether a part is genuine, OEM, aftermarket or used, and what each one costs.

  • Old parts returned

Ask and we will hand back whatever we replaced. It is the simplest proof that the job was done.

Where we can reach you

Across the twin cities and the roads between them. Tell us the road and the nearest landmark.

Request roadside help

Only use this if you are somewhere you can safely stand and wait. Tell us the road, the nearest landmark, the car and what it did before it stopped.

Your vehicle

No payment now. We confirm the price before work starts.

What to tell us when you get through

These four things decide what we send, so have them ready.

  • Exactly where you are

Road name, direction of travel and the last landmark you passed. A dropped pin on WhatsApp is better than all three.

  • Whether you are safe

Say so if you are in a traffic lane, on a bend or on a bridge. It changes what we advise you to do first.

  • What the car did

Cut out, refused to turn over, overheated, made a noise, warning light. The symptom decides the tools.

  • The car itself

Make, model, rough year and whether it is petrol, diesel or hybrid. It decides which parts come with the technician.

Questions about roadside help

Stopped somewhere and need a technician

Get safe first. Then tell us the road, the car and what happened, and we will confirm who is coming and when.
