Also called petrol khatam, fuel delivery
Fuel delivery brings enough petrol or diesel to your location to get the engine running and reach a filling station. It is a small amount to move you, not a full tank. Running completely dry can also draw dirt into the fuel system or strain the fuel pump on some cars, and diesel engines may need bleeding before they restart. We tell you if that is likely with your car before setting out.

Signs you need this
- Fuel gauge on empty and the engine has cut out
- Engine sputtering then stalling, restarting briefly and stalling again
- Car cranks normally but will not fire after the low fuel warning
- Low fuel light has been on for a long distance
- Loss of power climbing a slope with the tank near empty
Not all of these have to be present, and one of them on its own can mean something else entirely. That is what the diagnosis is for.
How we do it
Confirm the fuel
We check the exact fuel type for your car, because putting the wrong one in turns a small problem into a large one.
Reach you safely
Fuel is carried in a proper container and poured away from traffic, with the engine off and no ignition sources near.
Start the engine
The car is started and allowed to run steadily, with diesels bled first where the system has drawn in air.
Send you on
We confirm the nearest pump and warn you if running dry may have disturbed sediment that could block a filter.
